Design is my passion in all aspects— digital products, branding, packaging, interiors, and products. I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the best creatives and most-loved products to develop award-winning brands and innovative product experiences that are not only loved by their users, but ultimately deliver on a fundamental consumer need. My true strength lies in understanding complexity and being able to simplify that into an elegant solution. This is what design thinking is all about. It’s the opposite of entropy. Making order from disorder. And ultimately the creation of solutions.

I believe in service leadership. You work to serve your team. There are basically two ways I believe you can do that. The first is to provide honest & clear creative vision, direction and ownership to the designer and or business partner. The second is to help designers find their own creative voice and push them past the obvious, taking their work further than they thought possible. I am also deeply passionate about developing creativity. Not only how we develop that creativity in our own lives and teams, but in turn, understanding how to develop it in others as well. My personal mission is to foster a sense of creativity, collaboration, mutual respect and honest discourse on my team.
